Crown National celebrates centenary by helping Project Rhino KZN
Crown National is celebrating its centenary by supporting efforts to save South Africa’s White and Black rhino populations by donating R3.00 to Project Rhino KZN for every kilogram batch pack of its Centenary boerewors, biltong or dry wors that retailers buy.
“The initiative is our way of giving something back to the community and supporting a cause very close to the hearts of all South Africans,” says Crown National’s Marketing Executive, Dawid Muller.
For every 12kg of the Centenary range that retailers buy, they will earn an entry in a lucky draw for a chance to win one of three prizes. First prize (and symbolic of Crown’s centenary) is R100 000 cash and TV exposure on ‘Kom Braai’ with Dewald Visser.
Second prize is a two night weekend getaway, worth R15 000, for two at the five-star Thanda Private Game Reserve in northern KwaZuluNatal.
Third prize is one of 100 spice vouchers worth R1000 each, redeemable from any Crown National branch countrywide.
The promotion runs until then end of December. Winners will be announced in January 2013.
